Nurse Practitioner Needed In Arizona! in Ganado, Arizona at Tribal EM

Client Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Specialty: Nurse Practitioner Mobile Health Unit

Work Setting: Provider will travel into surrounding communities to deliver care closer to patients.

Schedule:40 hours per week

Patient Mix by Age: Primarily adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Patient Volume: ~30 cases per week.

Types of Cases:Mix of scheduled primary care, chronic disease management, preventive services, and same-day acute concerns.

Specialties and Staff on Site: 2 certified medical assistants

Credentialing:Two weeks

Requirements:

Licensure: Valid current unrestricted nursing license from the state of Arizona or compact state, active DEA

Education: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN), Masters or Doctoral Degree with FNP focus

Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS

*Valid drivers license
