- Partner with local market leaders to align on lifecycle priorities, launch sequencing, competitive considerations, and market-specific opportunities while incorporating local insights into global strategy.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior commercial leaders, bringing analytical rigor, commercial conviction, and clear recommendations to high-impact business decisions.
- Represent the commercial perspective across clinical development, regulatory, medical affairs, market access, and global commercial forums.
- Build strong relationships across functions and geographies, influencing and mobilizing stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated success in strategic roles within complex, matrixed organizations; commercial experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level strategic planning, with strong financial acumen, disciplined investment thinking, and sound risk-based decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and insight-generation capabilities, including experience using market research, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear strategic implications and recommendations.
- Strong prioritization and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives while operating with urgency and sound judgment in ambiguous environments.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including launch planning, lifecycle management, competitive strategy, and evolving treatment landscapes.
- Experience with cardiovascular brands and/or relevant therapeutic areas is preferred; familiarity with the broader care continuum and launch experience is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to build alignment across diverse functions, markets, and seniority levels.
