Public Health Case Management Coordinator || Indianapolis, IN || Contract || Onsite

We are seeking a Public Health Case Management Coordinator to support a public health program focused on children affected by lead exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Support case managers with tracking and monitoring lead exposure cases.
• Enter and review blood lead test results and case information.
• Maintain accurate records in case management systems.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or questionable data and coordinate follow-up.
• Monitor case queues, documents, approvals, and case closures.
• Support reporting and help identify trends or issues.
• Coordinate with local health departments and healthcare agencies.
• Provide backup support for daily data entry and case management activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in public health, healthcare, case management, health programs, or data coordination preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases at the same time.
• Knowledge of lead exposure/lead poisoning regulations is a plus.
