Manager, Integrated Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Integrated Marketing based in Canada.

As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead full-funnel marketing strategy and execution for the Casino business across the Canadian market. You will shape culturally relevant campaigns that connect with local audiences in a fast-growing and competitive environment. The role serves as a central marketing function, bringing together brand, product, acquisition, CRM, social, PR, and revenue operations. You will translate product and brand positioning into compelling, insight-driven go-to-market initiatives. Data, consumer insights, and performance results will guide your decisions, experimentation, and optimization efforts. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and cross-functional leadership to drive meaningful market growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for the Casino business in Canada, aligning priorities, strategy, and execution across multiple teams.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies, campaign briefs, and go-to-market plans connected to key growth and performance objectives.
  • Translate product and brand positioning into culturally relevant, locally tailored, and insight-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Lead full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with Acquisition, Paid Media, CRM, Social, Public Relations, and other partner teams.
  • Plan and activate campaigns around key tentpole events and cultural moments, ensuring timely execution and investment aligned with Canadian consumer behavior.
  • Partner closely with creative teams and external agencies to develop campaigns that resonate with Canadian audiences.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive campaign execution across channels.
  • Use consumer, campaign, and performance data to inform marketing decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Test new concepts and approaches, evaluate results, and continuously optimize marketing performance.
  • Communicate campaign strategies, insights, and recommendations through clear and compelling storytelling.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within gaming, sportsbook, casino, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian market, including its consumers, culture, and sports landscape.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of content, media, partnerships, and brand marketing beyond traditional performance marketing.
  • Experience working across full-funnel marketing strategies and coordinating multiple channels and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience using data and performance insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation abilities, with the ability to turn complex insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams, creative partners, agencies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Candidates requiring accommodations during the recruitment and selection process are encouraged to request appropriate support.
Benefits
  • Fully remote opportunity based in Canada.
  • Full-time position within a technology-driven and innovative environment.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact integrated marketing initiatives across the Canadian market.
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams spanning CRM, acquisition, paid media, social, PR, creative, and revenue operations.
  • Opportunity to work on culturally relevant campaigns tied to major market and cultural moments.
  • Environment that encourages experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration with creative teams and external agency partners.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise across integrated marketing, brand, content, media, and partnerships.
  • Inclusive environment committed to supporting applicants and employees with disabilities through appropriate accommodations.
