Emmanuel Faith Community Church is seeking a spiritually mature, visionary, and relational Groups and Women’s Director who will help congregants connect in community and guide the women of EFCC towards a deeper relationship with Jesus. EFCC is a church of around 3,000 people with a long standing focus of ministry through relational community groups.
The Groups and Women’s Director will be responsible to recruit, train, and lead Life Group, Connect Group, and Women’s Groups Leaders. As a church that seeks to follow Jesus in community on mission, this leader is expected to exemplify a passionate heart to love and follow Jesus, prioritize relationships, and seek ways to serve God locally and globally.
