- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience
- Monitors department queues and metrics
- Ensures that all employees are cross trained and make adjustments based on business need
- Monitors department compliance with Medicare and Private Insurance guidelines
- Manages Medicare review and verifications for Standard Power and Complex Power
- Responsible for communicating industry changes in guidelines to others as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is very important
