Description: Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift
HTI is recruiting for Maintenance Technicians on behalf of a growing manufacturer in Seneca, SC. Due to continued growth and increased production demands, our client is adding maintenance professionals on both 2nd and 3rd shift.

What We Offer$26.00 - $32.00/hour based on experience
Additional $2.00/hour shift premium

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
What You Need3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment issues
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work independently on an off-shift
CNC equipment maintenance experience
CMMS experience
Welding and fabrication skills
Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
Install and commission new equipment as needed
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Work closely with production and engineering teams to keep operations running efficiently
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
