About the role
Join Surgical Product Solutions as a Sales Support Specialist and play a key role in supporting our fast-paced medical device sales team. In this position, you'll help manage customer relationships, coordinate deal processing, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly while working with hospitals and healthcare organizations across the country. What you'll do
- Process deals, manage signed offers, and accounts payable contacts.
- Help maintain relationships with Hospitals, brokers and charities.
- Nurture relationships with influencers and regular customers through check-ins.
- Assist in email outreach and maintain comprehensive communication logs.
- Keep track of updates related to ongoing deals and update internal trackers.
- Handle customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Manage payment emails, ensure accurate logging of transactions, and communicate confirmations to the appropriate parties.
- Coordinate logistics and schedule FedEx pick-ups for important documents.
- Conduct research and gather customer information.
- Offer support during the preparation and processing of new contracts.
- Support minor team, cross-department, and company wide projects.
- Act as out-of-office coverage for team members when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proactive self-starter with a drive to succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

OTE = $50,000-$60,000
