Accountabilities:
  • Own and deliver annual sales targets across payers, health plans, health systems, IDNs, and strategic healthcare partners.
  • Focus on net-new business generation, pipeline development, opportunity conversion, bookings, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities across targeted accounts and channels.

  • Help define and execute the U.S. private-sector go-to-market strategy and target-account approach.
  • Maintain deep awareness of payer and health system priorities, healthcare economics, reimbursement models, procurement processes, and competitive dynamics.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and translate customer insights into commercial growth initiatives.
  • Bring market and customer feedback into Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Service Delivery strategies.
  • Identify contracting, clinical, regulatory, credentialing, data, and operational requirements early in the sales process.
  • Ensure effective handoffs from sales into implementation and Account Management.
  • Support strategic customer expansion and additional commercial opportunities after initial contract execution.
  • Operate as a player-coach by personally managing high-value opportunities while helping build and develop the broader sales function.
  • Establish disciplined sales processes covering goals, pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and deal reviews.
  • Provide executive leadership with clear reporting on pipeline, bookings, deal progression, risks, and market trends.
  • Represent the organization in customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and other strategic engagements.
  • Build the commercial processes, infrastructure, and organizational capabilities required to support sustainable growth.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales and commercial growth experience, with a strong focus on hunting and generating net-new clients.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into U.S. healthcare organizations, particularly payers, health plans, health systems, IDNs, or similarly complex organizations.
  • Proven record of sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise partnerships while consistently achieving sales or revenue targets.
  • Experience delivering near-term growth objectives while simultaneously building scalable commercial infrastructure, processes, and capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. payer and health system landscape, including procurement, contracting, healthcare economics, and commercial decision-making.
  • Strong C-suite relationship-building capabilities and experience navigating lengthy, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

  • Experience building or scaling a healthcare sales organization or go-to-market strategy is preferred.
  • Experience in mental health, behavioral health, pediatric or adolescent health, or population health is preferred.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a growing commercial environment.
Benefits:
