Post University is seeking a dynamic Manager of Career Coaching to lead career coaching initiatives for our diverse student and alumni population, primarily working adults advancing or changing careers.
In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a team of Career Coaches, drive student engagement, and deliver coaching, programming, and career-readiness initiatives that help students confidently achieve their goals.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 | Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexibility for evenings/weekends) in person at Post's main campus and downtown Waterbury location.
What You’ll Do
- Build, coach, and develop a team of Career Coaches and Peer Career Coaches.
- Deliver personalized career coaching (resume, interviews, job search, career transitions)
- Design and lead workshops, outreach campaigns, and career programs
- Partner with faculty and campus teams to embed career readiness into the student experience
- Drive engagement with career tools and track program outcomes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in career development, higher ed, HR, or related field
- Experience coaching or advising students or adult learners
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for helping students build confidence and achieve career success
