The Administrative Assistant assists Senior Directors across Pennsylvania programs with managing business operations in a manner consistent with the organizations mission. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for submission, tracking, and filing of billable documentation. Other key responsibilities include performing assigned clerical duties such as deposits, typing, copying, mail handling and filing of personnel and client records to meet all licensing and/or state and local law and code. Must maintain confidentiality of information and exercise discretion when providing information.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Process Client Information
- Manage billing functions (where applicable)
- Provide Program Support
- Receptionist Coverage
- Other - completes any other duties the Senior Directors or Executive Director determines to be necessary to ensure a smooth, quality operation.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
- Clearances. State, FBI, and Child Protection as per state regulations.
Working Conditions
- Physical Demands. Requires vision, speech, and hearing
- Environmental Factors. Normal administrative office environment
- Working Hours. Mon- Friday as set by the Executive Director
