Agentforce Salesforce Scrum Master

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Agentforce Salesforce Scrum Master based in the United States.

This role will facilitate Agile delivery for a Salesforce Agentforce project supporting a mission-critical public sector environment.
You will serve as the central facilitator connecting Salesforce development teams, product leadership, government stakeholders, and external mission partners.
The position combines Scrum leadership, delivery coordination, performance tracking, backlog management, and continuous improvement.
You will help teams maintain delivery momentum by removing impediments, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring priorities remain clear.
The role requires enough Salesforce and Agentforce knowledge to support technical planning, story estimation, and platform readiness discussions.
You will operate in a complex enterprise environment where strong organization, communication, and Agile expertise are essential.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact government technology program while helping a cross-functional team deliver effectively and predictably.

Accountabilities
  • Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, for development teams and government stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage the sprint backlog in coordination with the Product Owner, ensuring priorities are clear and aligned with delivery objectives.
  • Track team performance, velocity, sprint progress, and other delivery metrics, providing clear status reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify, track, escalate, and remove impediments that could affect team productivity or delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between Salesforce development teams, government stakeholders, and external mission partners regarding processes, changes, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices while encouraging continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and readiness activities involving Salesforce platforms, integrations, Data Cloud, integration procedures, and CI/CD gates.
  • Support technical planning and story estimation by applying knowledge of Salesforce and Agentforce delivery environments.
  • Help ensure effective coordination across new development, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant technical and delivery documentation, including requirements, user stories, help documentation, and job aids.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Agile delivery processes, team collaboration, transparency, and overall delivery performance.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • This position does not include direct supervisory or management authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline.
  • Advanced Agile certification such as ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP.
  • 7–10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments across multiple project types, including new development, enhancements, and support.
  • At least 3 years of recent experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background investigations and drug screening.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce delivery environments and Agentforce or OmniStudio projects is preferred.
  • Sufficient Salesforce and Agentforce knowledge to facilitate technical planning, story estimation, and delivery coordination.
  • Experience supporting government or public sector programs is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate competing deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational communication skills.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, requirements, user stories, help documentation, and job aids.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer-service orientation, reliability, attention to detail, and independent drive.
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a complex, stakeholder-driven environment.

Benefits

  • Estimated annual salary of $100,000–$120,000 USD, with compensation based on experience.
  • Full-time employment.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Additional benefits may be available as part of the full-time benefits package.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a mission-critical public sector technology program.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Agentforce, Agile delivery, cloud and integration technologies, and complex enterprise environments.
  • Opportunity to work with government stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Position is subject to contract award and is being recruited as an anticipated future need.
  • Requires U.S. citizenship and Secret Clearance eligibility.
