Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise pricing strategies that align profitability goals with market competitiveness and customer demand.
  • Partner closely with product management teams to influence product roadmaps and support data-driven pricing decisions using competitive intelligence and analytics.
  • Deliver pricing insights related to ASP, price realization, margin optimization, discounting structures, and operational performance metrics.
  • Guide strategic pricing evaluations for complex offerings, including SaaS, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and bundled technology solutions.
  • Drive pricing transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, pricing governance, discount strategy modernization, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee pricing operations, budgeting, staffing priorities, and execution of strategic programs across the pricing function.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment on pricing strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation of pricing frameworks and operational improvements across the organization.
  • Mentor and support teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10–12+ years of progressive experience in pricing strategy, transformation programs, product operations, or related leadership functions.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, competitive market analysis, and commercial decision-making within technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives, operational improvements, and pricing modernization projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business variables and translate insights into strategic direction.
  • Experience supporting product lifecycle management, profitability optimization, and go-to-market pricing frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including people management, mentoring, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environments.
