JOB OVERVIEW:

The Campus Experience Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective families at Destiny Christian Academy. This role is responsible for creating a high-touch, welcoming, organized, and responsive enrollment experience from initial inquiry through enrollment completion. This position combines customer service, admissions support, communication, event coordination, CRM management, and enrollment follow-through into one front-facing role focused on supporting enrollment growth and family engagement.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Respond promptly to new inquiries via phone, email, text, website forms, and social
  • media.
  • Serve as a warm and professional first impression for prospective families.
  • Answer questions regarding programs, academics, athletics, spiritual life, tuition
  • processes, and student experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with families throughout the admissions journey.
  • Schedule and coordinate campus tours and shadow visits.
  • Prepare tour materials and welcome packets.
  • Ensure families experience a highly organized and hospitable campus visit.
  • Coordinate with principals, coaches, teachers, and staff for tour experiences.
  • Follow up with families after tours to answer questions and encourage next steps.
  • Manage prospective family activity inside the CRM system and/or FACTS.
  • Track inquiry, tour, application, and enrollment progress.
  • Maintain accurate family records and communication logs.
  • Assist with application completion follow-up and document collection.
  • Monitor pipeline stages and communicate status updates internally.
  • Assist with Preview Days, Open Houses, Information Nights, and enrollment events.
  • Support ambassador/referral program communication and coordination.
  • Help prospective families connect with the school culture and community.
  • Coordinate welcome communications for newly enrolled families.
  • Maintain organized admissions files and reporting.
  • Assist with enrollment metrics and tracking reports.
  • Coordinate admissions calendars and appointment scheduling.
  • Support communication campaigns, reminders, and follow-up workflows.
  • Assist with enrollment marketing initiatives and lead capture efforts.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position’s duties are normally performed in a standard work environment based on the activity scheduled. Some physical effort is required; therefore, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. He or she may be required to walk or sit for extended periods and may be exposed to outside weather conditions, including but not limited to heat, cold, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment, such as a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, and other similar machines.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Working conditions are dynamic. This requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule that may require occasional weekend and/or evening hours. The employee will be using his or her personal vehicle; therefore, he or she must hold a valid driver’s license in the state where he or she is based and have appropriate auto insurance as required by law. The employee needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work assignments, and do well under pressure. He or she must also demonstrate professionalism and integrity, take initiative, and exercise confidentiality. Finally, the employee must understand and apply all school policies and procedures, follow instructions, be detailed oriented, and have good follow-through on all projects.
