This position offers high visibility and direct impact on revenue growth and strategic market expansion.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage inbound leads, marketing inquiries, and prospecting activities to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client needs assessments, identify decision-makers, and develop tailored solutions aligned with scientific and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, lab operations, clinical operations, and project management to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure proper tracking of opportunities and client interactions.
  • Support resolution of client concerns in coordination with internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience in life sciences or healthcare, or 3+ years in laboratory research, clinical operations, or scientific customer support.
  • Strong understanding of life sciences terminology, biospecimen workflows, and related laboratory services.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth in a technical, consultative sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and build a structured sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client engagements, conferences, and site visits.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in life sciences sales and/or academic background in a related discipline.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $162,000 – $243,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision).
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.
