About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer, U.S. Operations to lead the growth and expansion of our brand across the United States. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to build, scale, and optimize a rapidly growing foodservice and retail franchise business while serving as the senior-most leader responsible for U.S. operations.

The CEO, U.S. Operations will oversee market strategy, franchise development, supply chain operations, store expansion, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and overall financial performance. This individual will act as a strategic bridge between our U.S. business and global headquarters, ensuring alignment of brand standards while driving sustainable growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate is a proven executive leader with deep expertise in restaurant, foodservice, retail, franchise, or multi-unit operations and a strong track record of scaling businesses, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional financial results.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership
• Lead the overall strategic direction, growth, and operational performance of the U.S.
business.
• Assume full responsibility for regional profit and loss (P&L), revenue growth,
operational efficiency, and market expansion.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies that align with
corporate objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive advantages to
strengthen market position.
Franchise Development & Store Expansion
• Lead franchise growth initiatives, including franchise partner recruitment,
onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Oversee the end-to-end store development lifecycle, including site selection, lease
negotiations, construction management, permitting, licensing, and grand openings.
• Establish scalable systems and standardized processes to support rapid expansion
across multiple markets.
• Partner with real estate, construction, and development teams to ensure timely and
cost-effective project execution

• Supply Chain & Infrastructure Development
• Build and optimize a robust U.S.-based supply chain network supporting current
and future growth.
• Oversee sourcing, procurement, logistics, distribution, import/export operations,
vendor management, and inventory strategies.
• Ensure continuity of supply, cost efficiency, product quality, and operational
reliability.
• Develop scalable systems supporting food production, equipment procurement,
cold chain logistics, and quality assurance programs.
Operational Excellence
• Establish and maintain operational standards that drive consistency, profitability,
customer satisfaction, and brand integrity.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, food safety standards, labor laws, and
state and local regulatory requirements.
• Develop training, quality control, and performance management programs across
all operating locations.
• Implement KPI-driven operational strategies to improve performance and maximize
profitability.
Market Expansion & Business Intelligence
• Analyze market conditions, consumer behavior, industry trends, competitor activity,
and pricing strategies.
• Identify emerging opportunities for market penetration and business development.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to guide investments, expansion plans, and
operational initiatives.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams across operations, franchise
development, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and operational
excellence.
• Build organizational capabilities that support sustainable long-term growth.
Global Partnership & Cross-Cultural Leadership
• Serve as the primary liaison between the U.S. organization and global
headquarters.
• Ensure alignment of brand standards, operating procedures, product strategies,
supply chain initiatives, and corporate objectives.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience within the restaurant, foodservice,
retail, hospitality, or franchise industry.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-unit, multi-state, or international
operations.
Proven experience managing full P&L responsibility and driving profitable business
growth.
Strong expertise in franchise operations, store development, real estate expansion,
supply chain management, and operational leadership.
Deep understanding of U.S. foodservice regulations, food safety standards, labor
compliance, and business operations.
Experience building and scaling organizations in high-growth environments.
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and organizational
development skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the United States and internationally as business
needs require.
Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced business degree.
Experience supporting international brands entering or expanding within the U.S.
market.
Previous experience serving as CEO, COO, President, Regional Vice President,
Managing Director, or similar executive leadership role.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred to support collaboration with global leadership teams.
