Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage core accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, job allocations, and financial reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting operational decisionmaking.
Responsibilities
- Complete monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee job cost allocations and ensure accurate project accounting
- Prepare journal entries and support monthend close
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and compliance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities
- Use advanced Excel to analyze and interpret financial data
- Improve processes and strengthen internal controls
- Other duties as assigned
- Oversee the fixed asset lifecycle, including recording additions/disposals and preparing accurate monthly depreciation schedules.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Experience with job costing or projectbased accounting a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central a plus

- Repetitive movements by feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands and back in performance of work.
