Technician Responsibilities:

· Complete repairs for which you are trained within published time standard guidelines

· Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs

· Use only manufactured approved parts

· Complete job write-up to include clear description of cause and correction

· Meet customer commitments

· Quality workmanship, strive for zero comebacks

· Always use proper safety procedures, avoid preventable accidents and injury

· Keep work area neat and clean

· Proper use of tools and equipment, avoid preventable damage, replace when finished

· Proper handling and storage of warranty parts

Technician Requirements:

· We are looking for all ranges from apprentice level to master tech

· You supply the drive, the will to learn, and we supply the training

· Our locations are both Certified Uptime Centers and are Elite Support Certified

· Manual dexterity necessary to use required tools and equipment

· Must be able to life at least 75 p ounds

· Valid driver’s license

· High School Graduate (GED equivalent)

· Owns hand tools needed for skill classification

· Exhibits pride in personal workmanship

· Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
