Treasury Management Services Coordinator

Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Treasury Management Sales Officer

Summary/Objective

The Treasury Management Services Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining communications and document flow between Electronic Banking and Treasury Management Sales. The Treasury Management Services Coordinator supports all Electronic Banking staff members and all Treasury Management Sales members and their clients, providing exceptional service.

Primary Functions

  1. Professionally processes inbound phone calls, emails, and requests concerning technical difficulties, account questions, product and service information, bank policy, and various other customer and bank partner requests.
  2. Actively pursues opportunities to establish new relationships and to expand existing customer relationships.
  3. Coordinate and Schedule Treasury Management (TM) installs between Electronic Banking and Treasury Management Sales for new and existing customers.
  4. Serve as Quality Control for Treasury Management contracts. This includes following up with the client if any changes are needed or documents are missing as well as keeping the sales team well informed of this communication. Indexes all contracts once finalized document is received.
  5. Maintains and monitors implementations calendar for both Electronic Banking and Treasury Management Sales. Provides updates through ticketing system to ensure that both Electronic Banking and Treasury Management Sales are kept up to date as the customer is onboarded to our Treasury Management Services.
  6. Orders and Maintains inventory of all ancillary devices that might be needed for customer’s use. These would include, but not be limited to E-Deposit Check Scanners.
  7. Assists Treasury Management Sales efforts by preparing reporting documents (EX: Referrals, Income, Vendor Residuals), helps to manage and update CRM system, and updates services tabs in Horizon.
  8. Proactively serves as a liaison for customers and bank partners. Takes ownership of customer related problems and pursues solutions on behalf of the customer and independently resolves calls and emails.
  9. Maintains advanced technical knowledge of various bank products, services, and electronic delivery channels as defined by the Treasury Management Department standards.
  10. Proactively advises management of irregular or recurring problems and suggests improvements to better service customers.

Secondary Functions

  1. Monitor and assist in developing enhanced systems, procedures and training.
  2. Continued Cross Training in Electronic Banking and Treasury Management Sales, as well as any other areas as needed.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

  1. Prolonged periods working at a desk

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days/hours of work are anticipated as Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel
Limited travel is expected depending upon sales demand and client installs or training needs.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High School graduate or GED.
  2. Working knowledge of the electronic banking services related to wire, ACH, and check cards.
  3. Sales or Customer Service experience
  4. Must have strong attention to detail.
  5. Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word.
  6. Must be a team player and able to work independently.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Post High School Education or 2 years of related experience.
  2. Experience with current financial deposit account rules and regulations.
