Director - Abilene Surgery Center in Abilene, Texas at Hendrick Medical Center

Ensures the continuous, effective operation and the continuous improvement of the activities of Surgical Nursing Services. Assures integration of departmental services with the hospital's overall functioning to meet established organizational goals.

Minimum Education

• Master's Degree in Nursing, unless waived by VP of Nursing

Minimum Work Experience

• 5 years

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Registered Nurse
• Certification as Nurse Executive Advanced within 2 years of hire as director
