Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Fabricator/Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal parts used in the production of lawnmowers. The ideal candidate should have experience with various welding techniques, metal fabrication, and working from blueprints or technical drawings to ensure quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld metal parts according to blueprints and technical specifications.
• Operate welding machines, cutting equipment, and other fabrication tools to create components.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
• Inspect completed welds for structural integrity and quality control.
• Assemble metal components and sub-assemblies as needed for production.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, work performed, and completed tasks.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Vocational training or certification in welding is a plus.
• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG and TIG) and metalworking tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in a standing position for long periods.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with stainless steel and carbon steel welding.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines or other automated equipment.
