What We Offer:

• Pay: $90,000 - $115,000, plus bonuses
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, On Call Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, transforming good technicians into A players
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
• Drive key metrics and exceed performance goals
• Conduct coaching, ride-alongs, and team meetings to foster growth and accountability
• Follow and enforce service system processes to maintain consistency and quality
• Ensure proper documentation of materials, call details, and outcomes
• Meet company needs with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience (preferred)
• 3-4 years of management experience in home services (preferred)
• Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
• Clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
• EPA Certification

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying conditions, including crawl spaces and outdoor environments
• Effective communication and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
