Your Role:

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader, ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to Peak Enterprises quality standards. Youll work closely with subcontractors, home manufacturers, and regulatory authorities while managing schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and home manufacturers for seamless execution
Manage scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting to keep stakeholders informed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and zoning requirements
Conduct regular inspections and resolve any on-site challenges proactively
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and governing authoritie

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in construction management, superintendent, or related field
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety codes, and regulations
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
