Job Description
Image One is in search of an HR Specialist or HR Manager to join our team. Our preference is someone that can bring 2-4 years of human resources experience in a manufacturing setting and someone that is bilingual, but this is not a requirement. We are looking for someone that will be a great fit with our finance/HR team and someone that will own, improve and add to our current HR processes. This position will be based in our Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters and will report to our controller and will work closely with both our controller and assistant controller during the training process.
Job Responsibilities
· In time, will be comfortable processing payroll (current employee count is 67 and expected growth to 75+ very soon).
· Be the first point of contact with employees on HR related inquiries.
· Manage employee benefits and oversee our annual benefit enrollment that is held each November.
· Manage new employee onboarding process.
· Apply sound judgement and discretion to HR issues and direct complex issues to senior management.
· Lead recruiting process and assist controller in identifying potential employees and recommend to hiring managers
· Manage employee evaluation process and ensure timely evaluations
· Produce timely HR and payroll related reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
· Bring fresh ideas to improve employee engagement
· Coordinate monthly employee appreciation events & contests and periodic employee holiday lunches
· Order office supplies
· Assist with phone duties and greeting visitors at front door
· Special projects as assigned
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Ability to take ownership and accountability for your work and actions
· Self-starter and the ability to work independently with little oversight
· Experience preferred working with Paylocity (our HR and payroll software), but not a requirement
· Experience with Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
· Excellent communication skills
· Has very strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
· Has the ability to work in a fast-paced and team environment
· Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form
