Responsibilities:

• Serve as the strategic HR partner for facility leaders across multiple locations
• Guide employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies
• Support audits, surveys, and HR-related inspections
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
• Collaborate on retention strategies and staffing optimization
• Deliver leadership development, training, and coaching on management best practices
• Oversee performance reviews, succession planning, and HR documentation
• Manage benefits, leaves of absence, HR reporting, and payroll-related matters
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with multi-site or regional experience highly desirable
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance
• Proven experience conducting investigations and advising leadership on corrective actions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel between healthcare facilities as needed
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.
