Job Description

Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations, led by a passion for excellence, authentic adventures, and hospitality. We operate 600+ chalets, villas and apartments under 3 consumer brands: Emerald Stay (our 4* brand), Bo House (our 5* & palace brand) and Verbier Exclusive (20 chalets in Verbier).

We are looking for a confident CRM Manager Hubspot who will thrive in a dynamically changing environment. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM Management

  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of HubSpot CRM to align with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and optimize sales, marketing, and customer service pipelines.
  • Build and refine workflows, automations, and email sequences to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our tech team to ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., booking systems, payment processors).
  • Contribute to strategic planning for scaling CRM capabilities in line with the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Provide training for new users and create resources for internal teams to maximize CRM adoption.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot’s latest features and implement best practices.

Sales & Marketing Enablement

  • Create strategies for lead scoring, nurturing, and handoff between marketing and sales teams.
  • Assist in the creation, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Design advanced segmentation strategies for targeted outreach and personalization.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze KPIs related to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership and team leads.
  • Identify trends and actionable insights to optimize customer journeys and campaign performance.

Data Stewarding

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data by managing imports, integrations, and deduplication processes in HubSpot.
  • Ensure CRM practices comply with data protection regulations like GDPR and industry standards.
  • Ensure data is structured and optimised on other systems like Notion, to allow the active use of AI among other projects.

Depending on the seasonality as well as your bandwidth, skills and interest, you may be involved with other projects.

KEY INFORMATION ON THE POSITION

  • Employment start: as soon as possible.
  • Indefinite contract with a 3-month probation period.
  • Office address: Talent Garden coworking - Carrer de Ramon Turró 169A, Barcelona.
  • Work days are from Monday to Friday. And we have a flexible home office policy: with us, you'll work at the office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) - the rest of the time, it's up to you.

ABOUT YOU

The must-haves:

  • Proven experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing a CRM, including workflows, reporting, and integrations: you have worked with a CRM for at least 3 years at a fast-growing company.
  • Strong ability to design and execute CRM strategies for lead nurturing, customer retention, and lifecycle management.
  • Proficient in using CRM data and analytics to drive insights and improve sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • You speak and write English and French fluently.
  • You are eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship and willing to relocate to Barcelona.

The nice-to-haves:

  • You have experience with HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with hospitality operations and customer behavior, ensuring alignment between CRM initiatives and industry-specific needs.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to tweak email templates or customize HubSpot integrations.
  • Experience with marketing automation beyond HubSpot.
  • Experience in building sales enablement processes, including lead scoring and pipeline optimization.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, or Inbound Marketing) or other CRM-related credentials.
