• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an industrial engineering role.
• Understanding of manufacturing principles and process improvement methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
