Prepares, seasons, and cooks food using set procedures for hospital patients, staff, day care, jail, schools, and catering.

Education and Experience:
Experience in quantity food preparation preferred; Food Sanitation certificate preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good communication skills; ability to work independently; ability to use proper body mechanics when lifting, pushing and pulling; motor coordination to work with equipment.
