JOB SUMMARY

• Promotes and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; demonstrating fiscal responsibility; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; ensure an environment conducive to patient and family centered care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or received within 18 months)

• Minimum Work Experience

• 2 Years of experience

• Required Licenses/Certifications

• Registered Nurse

• BLS - should not initiate patient contact until completed

• ACLS should be completed within 90 days of hire

• NIH should be completed within 90 days of hire

• Compile and Analyze Reports

• Compose applicable policies and procedures

• Compose letters/memoranda

• Coordinate meetings
