Executive Assistant - Nursing Administration

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Administration or equivalent experience

Required two (2) years experience Desired previous experience in Microsoft Word/Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Assumes responsibilities for Office/Clerical Management of Nursing Administration Office utilizing functions of management

Provides administrative support as needed

Effective oral and written communication skills

Numerical skills to make accurate computations

Clerical perception to maintain detail and accuracy of recorded data

Must possess good management skills in order to plan, organize, direct and control effectively

Must be able to type 50 works per minute with special emphasis on accuracy and proofreading

Must be able to understand written instructions

Must exhibit excellent interpersonal skills

Exhibits ability to remain calm and function effectively in a demanding, change environment

Must exhibit time-management and organizational skills

Pays strict attention to accuracy and detail

Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times

Good physical and mental health

Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull, using good body mechanic, without limitations

Must possess visual acuity with corrective lenses to read printed material; hearing ability with auditory aids to understand the normal speaking voice without viewing the speaker; and speaking ability to ask and answer pertinent questions and relay information

Able to work under supervision or independently as directed by the situation

Must be able to work under stressful conditions
