GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- The LPN demonstrates the clinical knowledge and judgment to utilize the nursing process to asses, plan, implement, provide, supervise and evaluate each patient's nursing care. He/she will demonstrate regard for the right of all patients and personnel and provides respectful and considerate care focused on the patient's individual needs. He/she demonstrates accountability and responsibility for own work. Acquires, maintains and demonstrates current knowledge and competency.

EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Current LPN Iowa Licensure.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Mandatory Reporter Certification required.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- One year LPN work experience preferred.
