LSG Sky Chefswith over 75 years of Catering history is hiring immediately for Full-Time team players to prepare products for our Airline, E-Commerce, and Retail customers. We are the worlds leading provider of end-toend airline products and services with a fast-growing footprint in Convenience Retail and Subscription Food Service.

Description of Duties:

• Responsibilities include assemble dry goods, beverages and liquor following procedures and assembly diagrams according to established processes (VPS).
• Sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods/liquor & equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications.
• Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customers requirements. Assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation.
• Additional responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must have a good attendance record. Must be able to work around moving part & wet floors
• Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shift

• Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes in specification and diagrams
• Must have the ability to follow and understand customer specifications and paperwork
• Must be accurate, organized, thorough and have attention to detail
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment
• Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities
• Must have the ability to push in excess of 70lbs and lift up to 30lbs
• Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Must possess strong mathematical skills
• Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment which includes nights, weekend, holidays subject to change due to shift bidding.

Eligible candidates must:

• Be 21years of age and eligible to work in the United States
• Pass a background check
• Be able to stand for the FULL duration of the shift
• Be available to work in a 38- degree cold room, only when necessary
• Be a team player and work well with a diverse team from all over the world!
• Ability to comprehend verbal & written specifications in English
• Possess basic math skills
• MUSTbe able to work a Flexible schedule; This is a 24 hour operation, 7 days a week

Additional eligibility requirements and details:

• This is a Union Position- must be willing to pay union dues after 60 days
• Must be available to work a full-time position, including Weekends and Holidays as needed
• Must be able to complete the application/orientation process in English
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently & 10+ pounds consistently. Bend / stoop & twist repeatedly & stand for 8 12 hours a day
