HVAC Sheet Metal Laborer in Temecula - La Quinta - Palm Desert, California at Brian Cox Mechanical Inc

Sheetmetal Laborer supports HVAC installation and fabrication operations by assisting the sheet metal journeyman and sheet metal foreman with performing the removal, installation and start – up of HVAC equipment in multi-family and commercial projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to follow instructions in construction and commercial jobsites.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install duct work systems in multi-family and commercial facilities.
• Install, operate, maintain and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, combustion equipment and industrial air compressors.
• Installing and fabricating duct work and cold boxes the use of hand and power tools and benders.
• Perform other reasonable tasks that may be requested by the Company.

• Ductwork Takeoff experience ideal but not required
• Knowledge of construction practices
• Physical stamina and attention to detail
