Construction Skilled Laborer with Insulated Metal Panel Skills

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Skilled Laborer with expertise in installing and working with insulated metal panels. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation, assembly, and finishing of insulated metal panels on commercial and industrial buildings

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently

- Prepare work sites by measuring, cutting, and fitting panels to specifications

- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction, specifically with insulated metal panels

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and panel installation equipment

- Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA regulations

- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
