The Role: Nurse PractitionerWe are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team. In this full‑time role, you will play a key part in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of sleep disorders. You’ll work closely with board‑certified sleep physicians, sleep technologists, and a highly supportive clinical team to help patients achieve better sleep and better health.

Your ImpactComprehensive Evaluations: Conduct detailed assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and sleep‑focused evaluations.
Diagnostic Insight: Interpret sleep studies such as polysomnography and home sleep apnea tests to guide clinical decisions.
Collaborative Care Planning: Partner with physicians to develop accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
Treatment Management: Initiate and manage therapies, prescribe medications, and educate patients on sleep hygiene and lifestyle strategies.
Continuity of Care: Provide follow‑up care, adjust treatments, coordinate referrals, and maintain thorough documentation.
Patient‑Centered Support: Deliver empathetic, individualized care that empowers patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Arizona (or eligible for licensure).
Experience in sleep medicine is a plus—but not required.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
