As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. We’re looking for a leader who brings both clinical excellence and the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all nursing staff and clinical programs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain and continue a strong survey history
- Drive quality outcomes and performance improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassionate care
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Proven experience as a DON (or strong ADON ready to step up)
- Successful survey history and deep knowledge of regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
