Job Description

Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), one of the largest physician owned and operated private practices in Ohio, is seeking a Clinical Team Supervisor to be based in our Centerville office. The Clinical Team Supervisor oversees daily nurse operations while ensuring compliance with all medical regulations and practice policies . This is an outstanding opportunity to join a full-time (M-F, no holidays or weekends!) outpatient practice, collaborating with DCND, Inc. physicians, researchers, and other clinical staff.

What We Require For This Role

  • LPN, RN or higher licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Prior experience working in medical office management.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
  • Immunization against tuberculosis (TB) or willingness to be vaccinated upon hire.
  • Current MS certification or willingness to obtain MS certification for clinical oversight and to assist with patient education & engagement.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling for Nursing Team, including approving timecards, managing PTO requests, and ensuring all queues are covered.
  • Manage Nursing Team performance, including conducting performance reviews, issuing correct actions when needed, and ensuring appropriate training is completed.
  • Participate in nurse recruitment process.
  • Manage department workflows, daily operations, order set management, customer services calls, and clinical patient complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, Employee Health Incidents/BWC, Medication Control, OARRS updates, state reporting, clinical licensing, CPR, and TDDD licenses.
  • Conduct Medical Supply/Medication cost control, inventory system implementation, and inventory system management for multiple locations.
  • Establish and update departmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform Clinical Auditing, creating and implementing quality metrics for departments/individuals.
  • Conduct MIPS and other quality reporting.
  • Occasionally assist providers with procedures (blood draws, injections, etc.)
