Job Title: Full-Time Midlevel Provider (PA/NP) – Alamo City Urgent Care
Location: One of our outstanding Urgent Care Facilities
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule:12-Hour Shifts, 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM, (3 shifts a week, Alternating Weekends)
Position Summary: A busy Urgent Care Facility seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team as a full-time midlevel provider. This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule of 12-hour Shifts, 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM (3 shifts a week, Alternating Weekends).
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care in a high-volume Urgent Care setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute medical conditions
• Perform procedures appropriate to the scope of practice and training
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and clinical team
• Maintain clear and accurate electronic medical records
Schedule & Details:
• 12-Hour Shifts 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM (3 shifts a week, Alternating Weekends)
• Full-Time
• Competitive, shift-based compensation ($75–$80 per hour)
Requirements:
• Active and unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of Texas
• National certification (NCCPA for PA, AANP/ANCC for NP)
• Minimum 2 years of urgent care medicine preferred
• DOT certification preferred (or completed within 90 days of employment)
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
