Epic Pain Management is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our San Antonio team. As part of our growing organization—which includes pain management, urgent care, and wellness services—you'll work alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff while developing individualized treatment plans and helping patients improve function and quality of life.

What You'll Do
As an Advanced Practice Provider at Epic, you'll have the opportunity to independently manage patient care while collaborating closely with our physicians and clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for acute conditions, injuries, and chronic pain
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Perform in-office procedures, including joint and trigger point injections, abscess incision and drainage, suturing, and splinting
- Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient care
- Stay current with best practices in urgent care and pain management
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physician Assistant in Texas
- Current DEA license or ability to obtain
- Pain management, orthopedics, urgent care, or primary care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-management skills
- Confidence working independently with physician collaboration
- Excellent communication and patient-engagement skills
- A collaborative, motivated approach to patient care
