OPERATIONS: | |
Direct daily Health Center operations to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service delivery. | |
Drive provider productivity by monitoring schedules, removing barriers to efficiency, and ensuring alignment with daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. | |
Enforce organizational policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. | |
Analyzed statistical data to identify patterns, gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve health center functioning. | |
Work with PFSS II to ensure proper staffing throughout the center. | |
Work with the security department to ensure that the building is locked and secured at the end of the day. | |
Collaborate with Logistics, IT, and Purchasing to resolve facility, equipment, and supply needs promptly.

Ensure facility licensure, safety postings, and regulatory communications remain current. | |
Communicate operational and workflow changes promptly to all relevant departments. | |
Ensure daily Huddles are held in all departments. | |
FINANCIAL DUTIES | |
Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. | |
Cash Management for the Health Center: Oversight of Daily Bank Collections, Money Safe Safety. | |
Supervise Patient Payment Collections. | |
STAFFING | |
Onboarding Coordination of new supervisors and oversight of support staff. | |
Payroll: E-time report completion for direct reports and oversight of the PFSS payroll. Excluding the Clinical Coordinators. | |
PTO Approval for direct reports. | |
PFSS II, along with PFSS’s disciplinary approval and reporting. | |
Ensure employee competencies remain current in collaboration with HR and Education departments. | |
Point of contact after the direct supervisor for employees to report absence, tardiness, and scheduling concerns. | |
Drives staff engagement efforts to improve employee satisfaction, collaboration, and retention. | |
Promotes a positive workplace culture through active staff engagement and communication. | |
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES | |
Participates in Continuing Educational In-service and Performance Improvement Activities. | |
Adheres to Confidentiality Policies and Procedures / HIPAA Regulations. | |
Performs other duties as assigned, including variable shifts if needed. | |
Serve as the patient’s point of contact for grievances, complaints, and compliments.

Coordinates guest visits as necessary.
| |
Act as a point of contact for inspection visits and site-based events.

PATIENT FLOW MANAGEMENT | |
Manage and oversee daily patient flow operations.
| |
Patient Flow Analysis to improve wait time and total visit time. | |
Make real-time operational adjustments as needed to minimize delays and bottlenecks that impede patient services.

Oversee walk-in appointment management.
| |
Assign work queues and monitor timely completion.
