About the Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational support across Supply Chain and Warehouse functions while leadership focuses on the ERP implementation project. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations, supporting material flow, and assisting with system readiness during the transition.

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary focus on Supply Chain modules (procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics).Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document and map existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement or automation.Work closely with the Finance department to ensure seamless integration and alignment between Supply Chain and Finance systems.Coordinate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and support post-implementation stabilization.Support changing management activities to help end users adapt effectively to the new ERP environment.Assist with inventory management, stock accuracy, and daily material movements.Assign trucks to docks and monitor inbound/outbound activity.Communicate operational updates across the building throughout the day.Support warehouse operators with daily tasks and resolve issues in real time.Check and sign receiving paperwork, ensuring accuracy.Schedule and oversee inbound pick-ups, waste bins, empty tote/drum pickups, and disposal loads.Use SAP to process inbound POs, stock movements, and inventory adjustments.Organize materials (packaging, ingredients, chemicals, dunnage) to optimize flow to production.Ensure compliance with material handling SOPs (pallet stacking, truck loading, etc.).Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal departments as needed.Monitor office supply levels and place replenishment orders.Develop weekly Supply Chain performance reports and incident reports.Assist with invoice validation, PO creation, and GRPO entries.Support business case development for manpower and equipment planning.Conduct 5S checks and participate in continuous improvement discussions.Help gather and organize Co-Pack customer requirements for packaging and materials.Update packaging requirement sheets and support SKU setup in SAP.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.3–5 years of experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment.Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, including procurement, inventory control, production scheduling, and logistics.Working knowledge of Finance processes and cost management principles.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar), and data management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Term: 20 monthsLocation: On-site (Surrey, BC)Compensation: $60,000 base salary + benefitsRetention Bonus: $5,000 payable upon successful completion of the contractStart Date: Immediate
