SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center – Tampa, Florida

JOB SUMMARY

• Provides Lawson/Infor Requisitioning support for our customer base. Conducts issue resolution with the assistance from the Lawson/Infor IT Team. Provides assistance to the Manager, Supply Chain Analytics with data mining to be used for departmental analytics. Supply Chain processflow support.
• E-Commerce (SciQuest/GHX) vendor maintenance. Provide oversight of ERP Item/Vendor Masters as well as departmental databases.
• Coordinates/reports fiscal year-end inventories.

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Field of Study: Supply Chain, Economics, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

• CMRP

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum of three (3) years of supply chain/procurement experience directly involved in purchasing administration support within a healthcare facility, medical durable goods management, educational facility or similar supplier/distribution business. Three (3) years working specifically in Supply Chain Analytics is required (may be inclusive of other experience).
• OR * High School Diploma with an additional five (5) years of relevant Healthcare Supply Chain

experience in procurement, supply chain and/or vendor management plus the three (3) years (for a total of 8 years) experience may be considered "in lieu" of a Bachelor's degree.

• PLUS three (3) years’ experience with SQL databases and vendor management software is required (may be inclusive of other experience).
• Familiarity/knowledge of supplies required in a medical, hospital, and research facility is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, OneNote
• ERP system experience, preferably Infor/Lawson ERP System, GHX, ImageNow
• Preferred experience with Crystal Reports
