JOB SUMMARY:

Assists Product Manager and leads the production activities of the Soil Side area of the laundry facility. Assists the administration of policies and procedures applicable to efficient operation. Must be able to coordinate the efforts of the other employees. Fills in for Product Manager in their absence. Holds employees accountable for following policies and procedures to ensure safe and productive work environment. Able to assign work and give direction. Assists with Training employees. Provides input inot Employee Selection (Hiring). Provides input to Production Manager on Team Staffing.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training/Experience:

Work requires the ability to provide and understand instructions given in English generally acquired through a high school education. Work requires two years experience in laundry operations or related experience necessary to obtain knowledge of scope of laundry services operations. Or two years of supervisory experience to become familiar with accepted supervisory and personnel practices and standards.

Must have towmotor certification required for unloading / loading trucks -within 90 days of start.
