Ce que tu vas faire
  • Collaborez de faon interfonctionnelle avec le marketing, la russite client, les

  • alliances, les oprations et lanalytique pour stimuler la gnration de pipeline et

  • dpasser les objectifs de revenus.

  • Acclrer la croissance et ladoption de Fivetran sur le march des entreprises grce

  • des cycles de vente axs sur la valeur.

  • Dirigez la dcouverte approfondie et dmontrez un vif intrt pour les dfis lis aux

  • donnes de nos clients dentreprise, identifiez les capacits requises et les rsultats

  • daffaires positifs pour favoriser des engagements clients long terme prcieux.

  • Parlez avec aisance de la vision de Fivetran un large ventail de publics, allant des

  • cadres de haut niveau aux contributeurs individuels.

  • Cherchez et concluez des contrats avec de nouveaux comptes cibles dentreprise,

  • puis cherchez dvelopper leur prsence avec Fivetran grce de nouveaux cas

  • dusage, des ventes croises et de lexpansion.

  • Btir des relations stratgiques avec les partenaires afin didentifier de nouvelles

  • opportunits et dacclrer les cycles de transactions.

  • Prvoir avec prcision et offrir une visibilit claire sur la performance des ventes et

  • des revenus en grant activement et en faisant progresser les opportunits.

Comptences que nous recherchons
  • 8+ ans dexprience en vente de logiciels dentreprise et en reconnaissance de

  • motifs bien dveloppe pour naviguer dans des organisations complexes.

  • Excellentes comptences en communication crite et orale, avec la capacit de tenir plusieurs parties prenantes responsables tout au long dun cycle de vente complexe

  • ax sur la valeur.

  • Une connaissance approfondie de lindustrie moderne des technologies de donnes

  • et des acteurs cls.

  • Vous connaissez une approche de vente axe sur des solutions, avez de

  • lexprience dans la gestion dun processus de vente complexe et possdez

  • dexcellentes comptences en prsentation et en coute, ainsi que des capacits

  • dorganisation et de gestion des contacts.

  • Vous vous panouissez dans un environnement de travail extrmement rapide et en

  • constante volution.

  • Vous pouvez suivre le rythme dune quipe trs motive dans un march qui crot

  • extrmement rapidement.

  • Tu es extrmement organise.

  • Vous pouvez jongler avec beaucoup de choses en mme temps sans rien laisser

  • Une exprience pralable en intgration de donnes, bases de donnes, ETL ou

  • technologies dintelligence daffaires est un plus, mais pas obligatoire.

  • dessous ninclut pas la valeur RSU.

  • Ce poste est admissible au plan dincitatifs de Fivetran, et il est courant que les

  • employs occupant ce poste atteignent les revenus totaux correspondants.

  • Bilingue en franais et en anglais

  • Anglais (niveau professionnel) requis en raison de la nature du poste : interactions rgulires (crites et orales) avec des clients/prospects situs hors Qubec, ainsi que la rdaction de courriels et propositions en anglais.

About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive will drive towards aggressive new customer and partner revenue goals, while growing our footprint in the Enterprise market.

This is a full-time, remote position and must be based out of Quebec, Canada.

What Youll Do
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals.

  • Accelerate the growth & adoption of Fivetran in the Enterprise Market through value-driven sales cycles.

  • Lead in-depth discovery and demonstrate a deep interest in our Enterprise customers data challenges, identify required capabilities and positive business outcomes to drive towards valuable long term customer engagements.

  • Speak comfortably about Fivetrans vision to a broad range of audiences from C-level executives to individual contributors.

  • Seek out and land deals with new Enterprise target accounts, then look to grow their footprint with Fivetran through new use cases, cross-sells and expansion.

  • Build strategic relationships with partners in order to identify new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing and progressing opportunities.

Skills Were Looking For
  • 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience and well-developed pattern recognition for navigating complex organizations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable throughout a complex value-driven sales cycle.

  • In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology industry and key players.

  • You are familiar with a solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process and possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organization and contact management capabilities.

  • You thrive in an extremely fast-paced, ever changing work environment.

  • Youre able to keep up with a highly motivated team in a market that is growing extremely fast.

  • You are extremely organized.

  • You are able to juggle lots of things at once while not letting anything drop.

  • You are a strategic thinker.

  • You are able to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way.

  • You are a problem solver.

  • You are resilient and creative, able to be resourceful to proactively seek out a solution to a problem.

  • Bi-lingual in French and English

  • Professional English required due to the role: frequent written and spoken interactions with customers/prospects outside Qubec and drafting emails and proposals in English.
