Job Description

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Litigation Legal Administration Assistant who will provide day‑to‑day administrative and organizational support to our legal team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of administrative or legal support experience who is eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility. The right candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments for legal team members.
  • Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with contract administration, including tracking deadlines, collecting signatures, and updating databases.
  • Support compliance and regulatory tasks such as document collection, audit preparation, and policy updates.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and requests for information.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and cross‑departmental initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and supply management.
  • Conduct basic research and gather information as requested by attorneys or legal staff.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, legal assistant, or office support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and legal concepts.
