Pediatric Therapy Associates is looking for a compassionate and energetic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary pediatric team in Lexington, SC.
We work with children and young adults ages 0–21, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to succeed at home, school, and in the community.

Experienced pediatric OTs and new graduates are encouraged to apply! Our first-year mentorship program provides the support and guidance you need to build confidence and grow your clinical skills.

About the Role
You will evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs while creating fun, engaging, individualized therapy experiences.
Treatment may address:

Fine motor and visual-motor skills
Sensory processing and regulation
ADLs and self-care
Coordination and motor planning
Developmental milestones
Social participation
Functional independence
You’ll collaborate closely with families and other professionals to develop effective treatment plans and support progress beyond the therapy setting.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current South Carolina OT license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working with children and families
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome!
