Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Full-Time or Part-Time
Lexington, South Carolina
Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families? Pediatric Therapy Associates in Lexington, SC is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated therapist to join our growing team.
Our practice focuses on providing developmental experiences and learning opportunities to children ages 0 to 21, using a curriculum-based assessment model that prioritizes each child’s unique values, culture, and daily life. We work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to help each child reach their highest level of independence and function.

Flexible Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate pediatric patients to develop individualized therapy plans
Deliver creative, effective interventions to support functional independence
Implement therapeutic activities focused on sensory-motor development, ADLs, fine motor skills, and social interaction
Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure continuity of care and carryover at home
Document all services accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards
Contribute to a safe, clean, and respectful clinical environment
Stay current on occupational therapy practices, trends, and continuing education
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for licensure in South Carolina)
Experience in pediatrics is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a team setting
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
