Lead Driver Position Summary
The Lead Driver is responsible for providing safe, courteous transportation services for our residents while serving as the point person for the transportation team. This role ensures high-quality service, smooth daily operations, and adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements.

Lead Drivers assist with scheduling, training new drivers, route planning, and vehicle oversight. They create a warm, supportive experience for residents and reflect the communitys highest hospitality standards.

Lead Driver Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must hold a valid Florida CDL Class B or higher with Passenger endorsement
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Five years of professional driving experience; experience with seniors preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a warm, patient demeanor
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility aids
  • Must be able to pass a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening
  • Must be energetic, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service
