About This Position

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. This individual must demonstrate sound decision-making abilities, effective time management, and strong communication skills—both verbal and written.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cycle counts and scheduled inventory audits
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies by assessing variances from system records
  • Conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on proper inventory control practices and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, personal hygiene standards, HACCP, and all applicable quality and safety regulations
  • Complete ad hoc inventory-related tasks as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • General computer literacy, including comfort with inventory systems and data entry
  • 1-3 years of cycle-count, warehousing, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong mathematical and analytical capability
  • Forklift Certification Preferred (required to obtain certification if hired)
  • Ability to lift 50lb on an occasional basis
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and goal driven with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with a team

Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm
