Lead Physical Therapist at Holyoke Medical Center – Holyoke, Massachusetts

Our Physical Therapy team is looking for a licensed or license-eligible Lead Physical Therapist who believes in our mission of working collaboratively to ensure quality results for every patient every time. Duties include providing physical therapy services to patients ranging from school-age children to geriatrics, who are referred to the department by a physician. Conducts and documents initial evaluation of patients, designs a treatment plan, and establishes ageappropriate goals for each patient. The position will be assigned to the University of MA, Greater Amherst/Hadley location.

REQUIREMENTS: Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university; Masters of Science (Athletic Training), current license or license eligible from the Massachusetts State Board of Allied Health as a Registered Physical Therapist; current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation; current driver's license
