Key Objectives

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing timely, professional assistance to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and management teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using company CRM tools.
  • Assist with coordinating client reservations, event bookings, and service arrangements.
  • Provide clear and helpful information about Mid-South Ice House services, policies, and offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and communicate feedback to relevant departments.
  • Support special projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service or client support, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
